Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery only for the following reasons:
- Severe defects (e.g., broken parts, major paint flaws).
- Mismatched accessories (e.g., incorrect cards).
- Duplicate figurines in full sets (we will replace missing ones).
Important Notes:
- Blind boxes are randomized. No returns/exchanges for unwanted styles.
- Provide an unboxing video within 2 working days showing the intact package and defect details.
- Limited Edition items are only eligible for severe defect replacements.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned items. Funds will return to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.
Shipping
We provide global shipping with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-15 working days (after 2-5 business days processing).
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days (after 2-5 business days processing).

- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.
- Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees in their country.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our online customer service (live chat or email). Address changes are not allowed after order confirmation.
Out-of-Stock Items
If items are unavailable, you will be:
- Automatically refunded for unavailable products.
- The rest of your order will ship as usual.
