Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only for the following reasons:

• Severe defects (e.g., broken parts, major paint flaws).
• Mismatched accessories (e.g., incorrect cards).
• Duplicate figurines in full sets (we will replace missing ones).

Important Notes:

• Blind boxes are randomized. No returns/exchanges for unwanted styles.
• Provide an unboxing video within 2 working days showing the intact package and defect details.
• Limited Edition items are only eligible for severe defect replacements.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned items. Funds will return to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.

Shipping

We ship to Vietnam and Thailand with the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-15 working days (after 2-5 business days processing).
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days (after 2-5 business days processing).

• Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our online customer service (live chat or email). Address changes are not allowed after order confirmation.

If items are unavailable, you will be:
